About the Foundry
The lowly pixel, once a clunky display interface on the earliest personal computers, has been elevated to an art form as technology brings us greater and greater screen resolution. Chestnut St. Pixel Foundry was formed in 2009 to forge only the finest pixels from the raw material of creative inspiration.

In all seriousness, though, we’re a small design studio capable in both print and online communication. Partners Kelly Chen & Megan Seely met and worked together in the IDEA program at Capilano University, and started up the Pixel Foundry two years after graduation. In the interim, both partners have worked non-stop in the design industry, gaining valuable experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, marketing strategy, web development, and caffeine addiction.
By working with skilled outside contractors as needed, we can provide a large list of services for a lower fee than many other studios.
